Plans for an eight-storey boutique apartment development have been lodged for this clifftop site in Brisbane’s inner-city suburb of Kangaroo Point.

 

The proposal, featuring 18 luxury units, is set for a 963sq m amalgamated site at 14 and 24 Paton Street. The development will include a mix of two and three bedroom apartments, elevated above ground and basement parking facilities accommodating

37 cars and 21 bicycles.
